商业数据分析实习生Business Data Analyst Intern (Brand & Consumer Insights)

为一个消费健康品牌的增长项目，从 3.2 亿条社媒文本中分析消费者的购买阻力，测算每 0.8% 的心智份额约对应 6 亿元销售额，建议把三个并列的增长方案改成一个递进式方案，得到客户认可。用 SQL 和 BI 工具处理 100 万+ 条消费者反馈，搭建品牌认知、方案、场景、需求四个维度的标签体系。

On a growth project for a consumer-health brand, analysed purchase barriers in 320 million social-media posts, estimated roughly RMB 600 million in sales per 0.8% of mind share, and recommended merging three parallel growth options into one staged plan, which the client endorsed. Processed 1 million+ consumer feedback entries with SQL and BI tools and built a tagging framework across brand awareness, solutions, scenarios and needs.

Worked through the client brief for an overseas tech company (a GenAI and blockchain fashion platform), mapping its product logic and goals for entering China, identifying information gaps and drafting the clarifying questions for the first client meeting; coordinated the team's 24-page English report.

Met and followed up exhibitors on site at two editions of CMEF, 130+ per edition; designed stand proposals to each client's needs (layout, VR equipment hire, build), and personally closed one deal at each edition, RMB 64,000+ in total.
